1. Services Provided

AJ’s Tree Service N More LLC provides:

Tree removal

Tree trimming and pruning

Landscaping services

Stone work

Concrete services

All services are subject to availability and site inspection when necessary.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are based on the information provided and/or on-site evaluation.

Final pricing may change if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions arise.

Written or verbal approval from the client authorizes work to begin.

Average project pricing varies depending on size and complexity.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be discussed prior to starting work.

Deposits may be required for certain projects.

Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

We accept payment methods agreed upon at the time of service.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Weather conditions may require rescheduling for safety reasons.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide clear access to the work area

Inform us of underground utilities, sprinklers, septic systems, or hidden hazards

Secure pets and personal belongings

Obtain any necessary HOA approvals if required

AJ’s Tree Service N More LLC is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed hazards.

6. Liability

We are committed to safe and professional work practices. However:

We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage.

We are not liable for natural events (storms, soil shifting, hidden root damage, etc.).

Tree removal may impact surrounding landscaping due to heavy equipment use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

7. Property Damage Claims

Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. We reserve the right to inspect and resolve any claim.

8. Marketing & Communications Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to receive:

Calls

SMS messages

Emails

These may include appointment reminders, follow-ups, and promotions.
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to text messages or contacting us directly.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes

Attempt to damage or interfere with website functionality

Copy or reproduce website content without permission

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Travis County, Texas.
